REGISTRATION FEES & INFORMATION
The registration of the accompanying person should be done online as well. Registration fee should be paid for accompanying person(s). Other conference services (hotel accommodation) should be ordered by the major participant.
When your online registration will be completed, you will receive email comprising an invoice/ receipt for your payment. In case you did not receive such an email with 48 hours, please contact to info@msiconference.com
Hotel reservation for registered participants
During the registration process, you will have the option to specify additional details. If you are booking a single room for two people, please provide the name of the accompanying person. Additionally, if you have any other special requirements, please indicate them as well.

NOTE: All payments should be made by credit /debit /master /visa cards/ wire transfer/PayPal. The payment by cards must be in EURO only. And the transfer can be made only in EURO. These fees below do not take into account the factor of the currency exchange rate.

* Company Employee even if he/she is a student cannot be considered as a “Student Participant” and should register as “Company Participant“.
** An “Accompanying Person” cannot receive conference materials or attend the conference sessions. Only can attend the Lunches and Coffee Breaks. An “Accompanying Person” cannot be a co-author or working in the same institution as the participant.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy
- A 70% refund will be issued for cancellations received before 31 December 2024.
- An administrative fee of €80 will be deducted from each refund.
- Cancellations must be requested via email through our “Contact Us” page before the deadline.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawals received after 31 December 2024.
- Registrants who paid but did not attend the conference, either in person or virtually, will not be eligible for a refund.
